Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please email us at support@optitrack.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Eligibility for Refunds
Items are eligible for a refund if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item is in its original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and accessories.
- The item is not part of a final sale or clearance product.
- The item has not been damaged due to misuse or accidental damage.
- The return is made within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Non-Eligible Items for Refund
We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Items returned after the 30-day return period.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
